HMSS Manager

Job description:

• Report to HSE manager in project
• Follow up on HSE in projects
• Be proactive and work systematically with preventive HSE work
• Lead and coordinate HMSS coordinators on site
• Participate in and lead risk assessments, safe job analyses, pre-job interviews, safety rounds and HSE meetings
• Collaborate with the security service in the project
• Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, such as HSE reporting of observations and incidents and case processing of HSE reports

Education:

• Education in HSE is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for formal education.

Desirable work experience:

• Relevant experience from petroleum-related / renewable-related project work / or construction is desirable

Features:

• Good language skills in Norwegian and English.
• Good collaboration skills

14-21 rotation
