Hydrocarbon Management Engineer

 Period: 01.04.2025 – 01.08.2026

This position is part of the Metering and Hydrocarbon Management team. They are responsible for following up on fiscal metering, allocation and reporting from all operated fields. The position reports to the Operations Manager – Metering & Hydrocarbon Management and has interfaces and close communication with the Lead Hydrocarbon Management Engineer and the Project Manager for Energy Components projects.

Job duties:

• Coordinator role in EC (Energy Components) projects
• Analysis and structuring of data
• Design of EC reports
• Participate in testing new EC implementations
• Running allocation processes in EC

Competence and qualifications:

• Higher education in IT, process science, finance or engineering
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of processes surrounding oil and gas production
• Knowledge of the production reporting tool Energy Component is an advantage.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written.

• Good collaboration skills, able to work in teams with many different personalities
