An excited customer is undergoing a transformation in the way they operate their offshore installations, the way they plan and monitor both production, maintenance and offshore activities from shore. They are creating the operating unit of the future through new ways of working, digitalization and forward-thinking. The Future Operations team is responsible for setting ambition, following up on closing the gap between the present and our target images, and implementing strategic improvement initiatives.

In the Future Operations team, a department is responsible for "Transformation and Plan". Here, they are responsible for ensuring that the target images are well described and continuously updated. They have in-depth knowledge of how the entire portfolio of improvements, small and large, closes the right gaps at the right time. At the same time, they have an overview of the progress and status of everything that is being done, and compile it into a common plan. They are also responsible for communicating the main lines up and down the organization, through good presentations and other forms of communication.

Job duties:

The transformation and planning department at the customer needs to strengthen the team with a resource who will:

•  Contribute to structured follow-up of the portfolio
• Ensure that plans are up to date and contribute to communication 
• Participate in updates on ambition and strategy. 

Qualifications:

• Works well in a small team, catching balls and landing them
• Structured and efficient
• Is good at communication and presentation
• Experience from the industry is desirable, in order to be able to have a dialogue with the line organization on your own.
