Integrity Engineer

Job duties:

  • – Ensure that the technical integrity of static pressurized equipment on its respective asset(s) is effectively monitored and managed, with the goal of safe operation and optimal production as described in the integrity management framework document.
  • – Ensure coordination of interfaces with other disciplines, which may affect the integrity of pressurized equipment
  • Perform the role of Technical Professional Responsible (TFA) for Inspection in assets
  • – Responsible for planning integrity activities, both risk-based, calendar-based and ad-hoc activities
  • – Responsible for anomaly management, including evaluation of technical condition/barrier status
  • – Facilitate and lead integrity meetings as defined in the integrity management framework document
  • – Approve scope of work including personnel qualifications for planned integrity activities
  • – Responsible for risk assessment of all reported FM needs, as well as planning, optimization and scheduling of FM programs
  • – Initiate corrective work, with defined needs based on evaluation of inspection results and findings
  • – Monitor relevant KPIs within the area of responsibility
  • – Responsible for performing root cause analyses (e.g. damage analyses) on relevant equipment, and identifying/sharing experiences through professional networks
  • – Responsible for ensuring that integrity activities are reported to the asset activity plan
  • – Role as Budget Executor for integrity activities including subsea, including ensuring input to budget for integrity management
  • – Contribute professional discipline support within inspection to the rest of the organization
  • – Contribute to the development and improvement of the management system (work processes and documentation) and tools (e.g. AIM Tool)
  • – Compliance with internal and external requirements and guidelines, including BMS and performance standards
  • – Conduct risk analyses and risk management related to Asset static pressurized process equipment
  • – Follow up on barrier condition and performance standards

 

Qualifications:

  • – Master of Science degree in a relevant discipline (Materials, Mechanical, Marine), possibly Bachelor's degree with extensive and relevant experience
  • – Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • – Fluent in Norwegian
