Logistics Coordinator

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to assist their supply base with deliveries. You will work in a department that supplies the entire Norwegian shelf with casing and casing pipe.  

Tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and optimize return logistics from wells on the Norwegian continental shelf 
• Contribute to good interaction between actors in the supply chain, with a focus on safe and efficient delivery 
• Follow up on deviations and participate in HSE rounds 
• Ensure and ensure that relevant work processes are followed 
• Participate in relevant meetings with customers/suppliers 
• Participate in improvement activities and contribute proactively to achieving the unit's goals and KPIs.

Qualification requirements

• Relevant experience within logistics/supply is a requirement. Education within economics/administration/logistics is advantageous, but not a requirement. 
• Good collaboration skills and desire to contribute to a positive working environment 
• You have high integrity, the ability to take responsibility, work independently, and take the initiative for improvement. 
• You are structured and flexible with good communication skills 
• You have good IT/digitalization knowledge 
• Good risk understanding and ability to think holistically.
• Fluent Norwegian and English skills are a requirement. 

This is an assignment with a duration until May 2025, with the possibility of extension. Our client wants to start soon.
