Logistics Vessel Planner

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a sailing planner consultant. In the role of sailing planner in the vessel team, you will be part of a team that handles sailing planning for your own area at NCS. We interact daily with both internal and external stakeholders/parties, and we are therefore looking for colleagues who enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, like to work out good solutions and who are able to adapt to rapid changes. By becoming part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally within logistics, and through varied work tasks, gain broad expertise. 

Areas of responsibility

• Prepare sailing plans that meet the customer's needs. 
• Portfolio management and decision-making authority. 
• Interaction with facilities, vessels and base. 
• Lead daily interaction meetings 
• Participate in improvement work within the subject area. 
• Participation in duty rostering across NCS. 

Qualifications

• Experience from drilling and well logistics 
• Knowledge of Kabal as a logistics system 
• Experience from offshore logistics 
• Good knowledge of offshore supply vessels

Contract period: 06.10.25(by agreement)-11.09.2026, option period 4×6 months.

Possible work locations: Stavanger, Bergen, Kristiansund, Florø, Hammerfest
