Role
Responsible for facilitation and coordination of the PbC process & work group, from a maintenance and integrity perspective, in close collaboration with selected suppliers.
The position will report to Asset Maintenance Manager and be part of the Maintenance & Integrity team. Functional home will be in the central Maintenance department in Operations business unit.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities and main tasks
- Contribute to development and operationalization of PbC with a maintenance and integrity perspective.
- Proactively participate in work meetings with PbC suppliers.
- Develop good KPI's/incentives.
- Be part of "New ways of working group", to optimize PbC work processes in the future planned Integrated Operation Center.
- Participate in spare parts evaluation.
- Search and extract maintenance data from SAP as a foundation for analysis.
- Close collaboration with onshore discipline engineers in pre-ops team, to identify optimal maintenance strategies for various equipment groups.
Qualification requirements
Qualifications & Personal characteristics
- Bachelor's degree or higher within a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience, both onshore and offshore.
- Experience with contract management towards suppliers.
- Competence within maintenance methods and processes, preferably both theoretical and practical
- Customer-oriented, strong team player, seeking collaboration.
- Ability to "get things done".
- Experience working with offshore installations.
- Experience working in multidiscipline teams and handling complex interfaces.
- Structured, analytical and self-motivated.

- Competence within condition based and predictive maintenance.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbally
