Marine Technology Engineer

We are currently looking for a Marine Technology Engineer consultant. By joining our clients team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to be a part of Marine Technology and work within offshore maritime and mooring systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements. 
• Technical Integrity follow-up 
• Deliver integrity status and propose corrective mitigating measures in relevant systems. 
• Technical condition safety verifications of maritime systems 
• Establish and continuously improve maintenance programs 
• Update system and operation documentation 
• Technical support projects 
• Risk Assessments 
• Follow up offshore installation and travel offshore if needed 

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher preferably within offshore/platform/marine technology 
• Experience within offshore maritime and mooring systems 
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, and national and international standards for marine systems 
• Familiar with relevant rules and requirements, ie NORSOK, Company technical requirements and governing documentation 
• Fluent in Norwegian and English 
• Good knowledge of tools and methods for analytical work within marine systems

Work location: Stavanger, Bergen, Stjørdal or Harstad.

Contract period: 30.11.2025-30.08.2026
