Authority contact Drilling and Well

We are now looking for a consultant to have the role of Authority Contact Drilling and Well at an operating company. The position is part of a department with a good working environment and ceiling height. They provide support and advice to all business areas in the Company. The delivery group "Drilling and Well" consists of 2 employees where this position is included as the 3rd employee for a period.

Job duties and responsibilities

Varied tasks within the government relations profession with the theme of exploration drilling and production drilling. Specific activities will be, but are not limited to: 

• Follow-up of production wells with exploration targets 
• Ensure systematic follow-up of assurance activities in MIS (goal management tools and tools for follow-up of inspections, verifications), as well as in EIMAR (record system for government contact) 
• Assist as needed across the team 
• Production drilling and exploration drilling

Qualifications

• HSE expertise in drilling and wells 
• Knowledge of the Company's organization within drilling and wells is preferred 
• Understanding of HSE regulations on the Norwegian continental shelf, especially within drilling and wells 
• Knowledge of applications, permits, consents, well registration, supervision and investigations 
• Good drafting skills, oral and written, good communication skills 
• Good understanding and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and use of Copilot/language models

Contract period: 08.12.2025 (by agreement)-31.12.2026, option period 3×6 months
