Project Completion Engineer – Handover coordinator

We are now seeking a consultant for the role of Hanover Coordinator, preferably with experience from offshore and/or Power from Shore.

Job duties:

• Facilitate RFOC handover of commissioning package.
• Ensure complete documentation for handover, plan and have dialogue with the Operations Organization's reception apparatus.
• Facilitate and participate in walkdowns and handover meetings to verify completion and documentation.
• Ensure the right quality of technical support and documentation for end users, Operations team.
• The position is intended for either Børdalen or Årskog where weekly presence will be required.

Qualifications:

• Technical college or engineering education in mechanical, electrical, automation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience from MC/Commissioning work in oil and gas projects, preferably offshore and/or Power from Shore
• Experience with punch and MC processes, project coordination and use of completion tools such as PIMS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to "push" progress across disciplines and suppliers
• Good understanding of interdisciplinary work, system-oriented completion and relevant standards (NORSOK, ATEX, IEC, etc.)
• Knowledge of the PIMS system and experience with project hotels is an advantage.
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate the team.
• Structured, solution-oriented and proactive with high execution ability.
• Good collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively across disciplines and organizations.
• Motivating and inspiring, with a strong focus on creating a positive team spirit.
• Confident in the role of coordinator, driver and leader.
• HSE focused and quality conscious.
