Project Leader Modifications

Introduction

Work as a Project leader for the Operations Projects (OPP) for Topside modification projects.

Work tasks

• Deliver projects according to the Project Development (PD03) process for facilities in operation.
• Lead and motivate project teams (including contractors) to deliver safely and efficiently on targets (safety, cost, time and quality ie) *Collaborate closely with relevant professionals to develop the best solutions (technically and commercially)
• Ensure good communication and clear expectations towards stakeholders.

Desired qualifications

• Strong relevant project leadership competencies and experience.
• Preferably experiences from working within the oil and gas industry.
• We are searching for a candidate who will be able to work independently within a fairly short period of time.
• Language Requirements English and Norwegian
