Project Manager

Job duties:

• Administration of the framework agreement's M&M projects or modification assignments between the company and the customer  
• Implement and achieve budgeted financial results for the projects under one's responsibility  
• Implement all obligations agreed upon for the contract and the requirements contained in the individual project assignments (HSE, quality, financial and planning goals)  
• Internal and external status reporting, Implementation of corrective actions to ensure optimal project execution  
• Manage external interfaces with other contractors 
• Communicate with the customer's Representative.     
• Ensure optimal information flow within the projects. 
• Ensure that work methods and systems are in accordance with W3 work processes.
• Ensure that project work is carried out according to the “Quality in Execution” model
• Ensure that the organization has the required and relevant knowledge of laws, regulations, standards and procedures 
• Active management of own project organization. 
• Active risk and change management of the project portfolio

Qualifications:

• Engineering, Bachelor or Master degree. 
• Project manager experience/ Project engineer experience
• Basic safety course  
• 5-10 years of relevant experience from the offshore industry
• Good Equinor V&M experience
• Technical background and experience
•  Be present, open, have a management focus and seek best practices
• Be proactive in finding cost-optimal solutions
• Be close to customers and your own team, sociable and positive person
• Deliver according to or below cost and plan 
• Good communication, excellent Norwegian and English written and oral skills 
• Structured and tidy
• Offshore certificate is an advantage

Place:

• Harstad/Hammerfest
• Need Project Manager for both Harstad and Hammerfest
• This means that the person in question can be located in Bergen/Stjørdal/Stavanger but must be willing to travel to Harstad or Hammerfest.
