Work tasks

• Overall responsible for all deliveries including HSE in the project 
• Responsible for cost, scope and schedule management. 
• Responsible for quality in study reports and decision-making documents. 
• Responsible for building and maintaining well-functioning project teams and ensuring learning and experience transfer. 
• Responsible for and follow-up of risk management. 
• Responsible for reporting and strategy selection (procurement plan). 
• Responsible for stakeholder management. 
• Responsible for production, installation, completion and training. 
• Responsible for following up on contractors. 
• Responsible for establishing and following up on quality deviations. 
• Responsible for change management during installation. 
• Responsible for goods receipt and logistics/materials on site.

Competence

• A resource with good communication and administrative skills with project management experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry. 
• A technical background at engineering level would be desirable. 
• Able to communicate in both Norwegian and English.
