Recruitment advisor

Duration: 31.10.2024 – 29.09.2025

Tasks:

 Looking for an experienced temporary employee for a client to support them with:

•  External (experienced hires) recruitment - Internal recruitment 
• Vendor management. 
• Service management. 
• Personnel security in recruitment

Competence requirements:

•  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, leadership, organization, or a related field 
• A few years of experience in sourcing and recruitment is required 
• Proficient with digital tools used in recruitment such as ATS systems, preferably knowledge of Workday recruitment module 
• Solid communication skills in English, written and spoken are required in this role 
• Highly organized and structured with good planning skills 
• Team player and a good relationship builder – Strong communicator and advisor 
• Curious, learn fast and service minded 
• Thirve in a fast pace environment and with rapid changes
