Senior Cyber Security Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer consultant, to lead capability modernization in a project. The role will be responsible for ensuring that technology deliveries have a process to deliver into, the correct role and competencies in place and generally all the interfaces needed for the organization to implement and operate the new technologies delivered in the project. The interfaces and processes include the Company's cyber-partners and offshore personnel.

Main tasks:

• Lead the design & implementation of modernized OT secops capabilities, including org. changes & process improvements
• Lead the design of the architecture roadmap (from As-is to To-be, including transitions) for the modernized capabilities
• Design and execute process pilots with a focus on stepwise improvement of the OT SecOps processes
• Work closely with the OT security operations stream to hand over deliverables to operations, supporting continuous improvement
• Coordinate with DIG service management to enable SecOps processes to be implemented as supported services
• Design and implementation of dashboards, reports and other administrative tools for the process improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project related deliverables
• The role will mature with the project roll out and flexibility + adaptability is expected

Additional information: 

The role is 60-100% 

Stavanger or Oslo are the possible locations and presence is expected physically.

Contract period: 02.03.2026 (after agreement)-29.01.2027
