Senior Instrumentation Engineer

• Title: Senior Instrument Engineer
• Location: Stavanger
• Duration: October 2024 – August 2026

Job Responsibilities: 

• Instrument design and follow-up.
• Preparation and review of Instruments discipline documentation.
• Technically responsible for vendor packages including design, testing, review and follow-up.
• Produce engineering work packages.
• Multi-discipline Interface and collaboration with site
• Site surveys.
• Participate in reviews.
• Include and manage data into engineering databases.
• Define and procure instruments related to MTO.

Required qualifications/experience:

• Master's or bachelor's degree within relevant area. Long relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
• Basic EX course, either 8 hours online or 22.5 hours in the classroom
• FSE high and low voltage with first aid training
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Instruments engineering.'’
• Knowledge of rules and regulations for Instrumentation.
• Experience with offshore surveys is desirable.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English is required.

Note: This position requires sporadic offshore trips. If the candidate does not have a valid offshore certificate when applying, then this must be completed prior to starting the job.
