Senior Instrumentation Engineer

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a senior instrument engineer to work on a large maintenance and modification project. The work location is Harstad. 

Responsibilities and tasksr: 

• Study and recommend technical solutions for customers
• Detailed engineering and supplier follow-up
• Study and describe installation methods, participate in offshore surveys
• Quality assurance work, e.g. self-control and discipline checks
• Participate in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A professional certificate is also an advantage
• 5 years of relevant experience from Norwegian oil and gas projects is a requirement.
• Basic EX course. 6-8 hours online or 22.5 hours in the classroom
• FSE: High and low voltage with first aid
• Experience with LCI 
• Experience with ProCoSys and STIDtag, STIDdoc Cabsys, SAP is desirable
• Experience with NORSOK, PSA, ATEX, IEC61892 standards
• Language requirement: English, Norwegian is an advantage

This is an assignment that will last until 2026, and the customer wants to start work soon.
