Senior Integrity Engineer

Workplace: Trondheim or Stavanger

Period: 01.05.2025 – 31.12.2026

The overall purpose of the position:

– Ensure that the technical integrity of static pressurized equipment on its respective asset(s) is effectively monitored and managed, with the goal of safe operation and optimal production as described in the integrity management framework document.

• Ensure coordination of interfaces with other disciplines, which may affect the technical integrity related to the subject area

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Act as Technical Manager (TFA) for Material and corrosion in assets 

• Responsible for risk-based management of the integrity of static pressurized equipment, including updating RBA/RBI plans (for inspection and monitoring) through evaluation of inspection results and changes that affect the technical integrity.

• Responsible for the Corrosion Control Matrix (CCM) for his/her respective facility(ies)

• Contribute to anomaly management for structure and static pressurized equipment 

• Assist in risk assessment of all reported FM needs related to structure and static pressurized equipment 

• Monitor relevant KPIs within the area of responsibility 

• Participate in regular meetings 

– Responsible for performing root cause analyses (e.g. damage analyses) on relevant equipment, and identifying/sharing experiences through professional networks 

• Provide input to budget for integrity management 

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the management system (work processes and documentation) and tools 

• Contribute professional discipline support within materials and corrosion to the rest of the organization
