Senior Integrity Engineer

Job duties:

• Technical administrative position where the overall goal is to ensure that the structural integrity of the fields in operation is effectively monitored and managed, with the goal of safe operation and optimal production
• Responsible for risk-based management of structural integrity including updating RBA/RBI plans (for inspection and monitoring) through evaluation of inspection results and changes that affect technical integrity
• Know the need for, role and design of the relevant barrier and that the performance of the barrier is maintained
• Knowledge of analyses that form the basis for the design of the barrier
• Correct description of the barrier in the security strategy and annual assessment of the content of the security strategy
• Contribute to discovery management for structures including evaluation of technical condition and barrier status, as well as risk assessment of the discoveries
• Assist in risk assessment of all reported FM needs related to structure
• Initiate and ensure approval of corrective work orders, with defined needs based on evaluation of inspection results and findings
• Monitor relevant KPIs within the area of responsibility
• Responsible for ensuring that relevant subsea activities are reported on the asset activity plan
• Provide input to budget for integrity management
• Contribute professional discipline support within structure to the rest of the organization, including projects, and seek specialist Metocean and geotechnical engineering input

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in structural (building) or marine construction
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of regulations and relevant industry standards
• Experience from operating facilities
• Fluent knowledge of English and Norwegian, both spoken and written.
