Senior Planner

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Planner to work on a long-term renewable energy project. Here you will be responsible for the planning function within the sub-project or at contract level in the project, reporting to the Planning Lead. 

Tasks and deliverables

• Ensure the quality of Contract Master Schedule, Contractor Detail Schedule and Contract Detailed Work Element Schedules 
• Follow up the contract during the contract period and attend meetings as applicable. 
• Progress control including float, efficiency, productivity measurement, trend, and analysis for the contract.
• Ensure input to monthly reports. 
• Ensure contract administration is done in accordance with schedules. 
• Secure relevant input from project control for Contract Appendixes for ITTs.
• Support Planner Lead and Project Control Manager in preparing updated schedules in baseline updates. 
• Secure cross-functional collaboration and coordination between the project, Product Lines, Regions, operations, contractor's planning functions and other relevant functions. 

Competence Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' planning experience from planning in the oil and gas industry and/or renewable energy sector. 
• Knowledge of Safran and other planning tools is required.
• You have a commercial mindset, are proactive and solutions oriented
• Good communication skills 
• Fluent English is required, fluent Norwegian is preferable

This is a 1-year contract with possibilities for up to 3 years' extension
