Senior Project Engineer
Tasks
- Provide support to Quality Control lead in System Integration Team.
- Participate in criticality assessments (CA) as required
- Coordinate incomplete/missing client CAs Ensure that the CA is used as the basis for mark-up and follow-up inspection and test plans (ITP)
- Establish manning plan for clients' inspectors as required
- Familiarization program for clients' inspectors (requirements, work method, expectations, collaboration with project organization)
- Allocated clients engineers/inspectors to the relevant inspection activities. (ref. notification for inspections (NOI))
- Establish and follow-up PIMS quality management (QM) module for inspection follow-up and reporting.
- Alignment with FFA activities to ensure common approach Follow-up that the Alliance perform inspections as agreed:
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control/Assurance within large-scale industrial projects in oil and gas.
- Proficiency in Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Criticality Assessments (CA).
- Experience using Quality Management Systems (eg, PIMS) for inspection tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for managing client inspections.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to fixed facilities and quality inspections, for example ISO and NORSOK.
- Fluent in English required
Some travel between offices and to different fabrication sites is expected, but not on a regular basis.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Norway
