Senior Project Engineer

Location: Fornebu and Trondheim

01.03.2025 – 28.02.2026

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents and presentations to support passing of Decision Gates (DGs)
• Support management reviews, readiness reviews and other assurance activities
• Prepare documents supporting stakeholder management, including TC/MC meetings
• Coordinate input to Functional requirements, Codes and Standards and Basis of Design documents
• Verify technical readiness for project milestones, including follow-up of key deliverables and progress
• Coordination of Management of Change (MoC)
• Coordinate input and support solving of Queries, Deviations and Non-Conformance Requests
• Ensure transfer of approved Deviations to Synergi
• Coordinate input to and maintain the Project Execution Plan
• Interface management across delivery lines
• Contribute to risk management and stakeholder management
• Promote continuous improvement through the project, follow up implementation of digital tools and new technologies as required
• Support, document and manage learning across the project team and towards other projects
• Project and portfolio management support as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience within E&P
• Experience from multidiscipline EPCI projects will be valued
• Fluent in English and/or Norwegian
