Senior Quality Professional

Tasks

• Advise and support optimization of project processes and governance.
• Support implementation and execution of Quality management processes and methods (eg, Management of change, assurance framework, standardization of how we work).
• Participate in identification of areas of improvements based on reported improvement proposals and findings from assurance activities.
• Facilitate workshops and process mapping using various techniques.
• Perform process modeling and content updates in BMS (business management system).
• Participate in change management and process implementation activities
• Perform general BMS (business management system) training and user assistance.
• Prepare and follow up quality and governance performance.

Qualifications

• Senior resource
• Area of expertise in business process management (certified)
• Seasoned workshop and process facilitator
• Relevant industry experience from larger process improvement projects (eg, Field development, modification, decommissioning)
• Experience with process modeling in Qualiware is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English both oral and written
