Senior Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

Location : Haugesund 

Period: 01.04.2025 – 31.12.2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish philosophies for Maintenance and Reliability, Spare Part, Operation etc.
• Perform RCM analysis including Technical Tag Hierarchy, Consequence Classification and FMECA.
• Perform RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) analysis
• Estimate Preventive Maintenance hours
• Development of Preventive Maintenance programme
• Be proactive towards other disciplines to implement RAM/RCM into design
• Advise for Condition Monitoring as a result of FMECA/RAM
• Spare parts evaluation

Required Education:

• Master or bachelor's degree 

Required Work Experience:

• Experience with Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analysis
• Experience in performing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) 
• Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
• Experience with Maintenance Programs including Condition Based Maintenance (CBM)
• Experience with spare parts and SPIR lists
• My 5 year work experience with Maintenance and operation
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good communication skills
• Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
• Ability to work independently and thoroughly as well as ability to work in a team 
• Good multidisciplinary understanding  
• Have a high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements  
• Proactive, seeking advice and sharing own experiences with others  
• Communicate well in English – both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of the Norwegian language would be advantageous
