Background:
Our client is implementing work processes and systems for monitoring Safety Instrumented Systems to meet NOROG 070. We are looking for an experienced consultant to assist as a facilitator in some work processes during the phase where the practice is being implemented and developed. The consultant will work closely with our team to ensure that the work tasks are carried out in an efficient and successful manner.
Our client is currently running an improvement initiative to take the follow-up of SIS equipment to a higher level. This position will have a key role in operationalizing the framework changes proposed by the project.
Job duties:
- The main task is to assist our client's SIS Coordinator in carrying out established tasks and meetings as part of the practice.
- Conduct monthly meetings and coordinate annual reporting according to our client's work process, as well as follow-up on actions.
- Given the uncertainty in the scope of work, it is appropriate to contribute to other work related to the implementation of the SISiOPS program based on prioritization from the Project Manager and SIS Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Important strengths are communicative and coordinating abilities, as well as the ability to adapt to an interdisciplinary approach within this area.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the relevant fields preferred
- Good understanding and experience with NOROG070, IEC 61508/61511
- Good understanding of risk management and barrier management
- Experience with control system data and good understanding of digital system solutions/integrations and operations technology
- Analytical mindset and good communication skills
- Previous experience with maintenance data and reliability analysis, barrier management and/or condition-based maintenance would be an advantage.
Scope:
- Working hours and scope will be full-time. Some travel must be expected.
