Senior Security Professional

Efaren resource within operational security that will further develop, implement and follow up on comprehensive security measures specifically aimed at offshore facilities.

Job duties:

Establish and maintain/update supporting documents for offshore security, including:

• Hedging analyses
• Security plans
• Physical security performance standards
• Prioritization and follow-up of physical security measures
• Planning and conducting security audits and exercises
• General security advice within the assigned area of responsibility
• Planning and participation in campaigns and training, including culture building related to security

Qualifications:

• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in security, security risk analysis or emergency preparedness
• Good knowledge of industry standards and security frameworks.
• Good understanding of the interaction between people, technology and organization
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Experience from offshore petroleum activities
• Must meet all health and safety requirements for offshore travel
• Must have all necessary offshore courses and certificates
• Must be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
