Senior Security Professional

Main tasks:

• Perform and further develop threat, risk and vulnerability analyses.
• Develop robust and targeted security plans, action packages and recommendations based on identified threats and vulnerabilities.
• Participate in projects (new construction, remodeling, changed operations).
• Prepare decision-making basis and update status to management.
• Ensure that buildings, offices and industrial installations are planned and operated according to current physical security standards, including access control, perimeter security, surveillance, shell security, locks and fittings, room security, as well as technical and organizational barriers.
• Conduct value mapping and classification of values and functions from a threat and consequence perspective.
• Follow up on suppliers, projects and contracts to ensure compliance with the company's physical security requirements.
• Assist with safety design in new projects, renovations or risk changes in existing portfolio.
• Contribute to incident management, vulnerability assessments and improvement activities.
• Work interdisciplinary to ensure a holistic understanding of security – physical, digital, personnel and process.

Qualifications:

• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in security, security risk analysis or emergency preparedness
• Good knowledge of industry standards (NS 5830-5834) and norms for physical security, for example from NSM and Havtil
• Good understanding of the interaction between people, technology and organization
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally

• Burglary and alarm systems
• Mechanical fuse

Languages
