Our client is strengthening its joint product capability within subsea equipment and is seeking an experienced Senior Subsea Controls SME with specific responsibility for supporting the technical management and further development of the company's Subsea Control Module portfolio.
SCMs are critical for the availability, production and safe operation of subsea facilities. Product choices made in projects have long-term consequences for operations, maintenance, spare parts, repairs, supplier follow-up and life cycle costs. The assignment will therefore help to connect project decisions, operational experience, technical requirements and portfolio learning more closely together.
The role is an integrated resource within Subsea Engineering Services and will work across assets, projects, technical communities and suppliers. SES develops and delivers common technical standards, methodologies, specialist support and learning across the portfolio, while assets and projects retain responsibility for operations, priorities and decisions.
