Work tasks

• Mapping and assessment of psychosocial risk
• Assist managers with monitoring the psychosocial work environment
• Control and management of psychosocial work environment risks 
• Psychosocial risk of change 
• Conflict management 
• Workload and stress

Desired qualifications

• Cand.psychol. or higher university degree in psychology 
• Specialization or specialization in organizational psychology is desirable. 
• Licensed nurse with relevant further education and experience will also be considered.
• Experience with change and restructuring processes
• Experience with work environment-related matters
• Proficient in Norwegian and English 
• Committed, flexible, good collaboration skills. .
• Can work independently and in a team.
