Strategic Buyer

Introduction

På vegne av kunde, søker vi en strategisk innkjøper/kontraktsleder til å lede strategiske innkjøpsaktiviteter innen utstyr, modifikasjon og vedlikehold. Du vil sitte i et internasjonalt team som håndterer en rekke ulike kontrakter. 

Work tasks

In your daily work, you will work on a variety of tasks, including: 

• Establish purchasing strategy in line with business needs and relevant category strategy
• Prepare evaluation procedures
• Plan and execute negotiations with suppliers and third parties
• Assist with the preparation and follow-up of a risk-based follow-up plan, which supports strategic goals. 
• Ensure understanding of the agreement/contract and correct compliance with it. 
• Ensure proper execution of contract provisions 
• Collaboration with internal and external partners/customers
• Stakeholder management
• Initiate and implement improvement processes 

Competence and experience requirements

This is a heavy specialist position that requires:

• Master's degree in a relevant subject and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 14 years of experience in oil and gas contract management/procurement. 

In addition, you have: 

• Great interest in commercial aspects, and has high integrity. 
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in Norwegian and English. 
• You are willing to learn and want to contribute to improvements
• Experience using Contiki and/or SAP is advantageous.
