Structural Job Cards

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Senior Structural Engineers with experience from oil and gas. The scope of work for this project is to design, fabricate and install 2 offshore substations (OSS) and 2 jackets. The substations will be designed by our client, and the jackets will be designed by a sub-contractor.

Tasks and responsibilities 

• Prepare job cards for prefabrication and onshore installation
• Job cards are established on the basis of structural design, drawings, MTO, weld log etc.
• Liaise closely with the structural design group

Requirements 

• BSc of MSc in Structural Engineering or similar 
• At least 3 years' experience in offshore project work
• Experience with IFS
• Fluent English is required, fluent Norwegian is preferred 

This is a 1-year contract with good possibilities for extension, and our client would like candidates to start in July 2024.
