Technical Safety Lead

We are currently looking for consultants to work as a Technical safety discipline lead or discipline responsible engineer with the following tasks: 

• Develop safety solutions and strategies to the required level of detail
• Area classification, escape and evacuation
• Passive fire protection (PFP)
• Active fire protection (AFP)
• Fire & Gas
• ESD
• Functional safety 
• Technical Safety Lead, responsible for following up the discipline in the project
• Responsible for ensuring that work is performed according to relevant instructions/procedures and in accordance with the contract
• Responsible for following the project schedule

Required Education:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree preferred within mechanical/safety engineering

Required Work Experience:

• My. 10 years working experience with the work tasks listed above
• Detailed knowledge of national regulations and standards (TR, NORSOK, etc.)

Required Qualifications: 

• Ability to work independently and thoroughly as well as ability to work in a team 
• Multidisciplinary understanding 
• Good communication skills 
• Have a high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements 
• Be proactive, seeking information on a multidiscipline level and share information with the team
• Communicate well in English – Both orally and in writing 

Contract period: 16.02.2026-31.12.2027
