Work tasks

  • Weekly quality control of hourly data: against regulations, rotation schemes, etc.
  • Correction of errors and deviations
  • Helpdesk for timekeeping
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring timesheets are updated within deadlines
  • Introduce new controls as needed
  • Access control to time recording system
  • Various other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Computer literate with the ability to effectively utilize IT systems 
  • Good Excel skills 
  • Good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written. 
  • Other useful qualifications: 
  • Understanding of tariffs and knowledge of wage regulations is an advantage, but not a requirement 
  • Experience from timekeeping – onshore or offshore is an advantage

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and willingness to meet short deadlines 
  • Great work capacity and execution ability 
  • Fearless and proactive in the work situation
