Time controls
Work tasks
- Weekly quality control of hourly data: against regulations, rotation schemes, etc.
- Correction of errors and deviations
- Helpdesk for timekeeping
- Overall responsibility for ensuring timesheets are updated within deadlines
- Introduce new controls as needed
- Access control to time recording system
- Various other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Computer literate with the ability to effectively utilize IT systems
- Good Excel skills
- Good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written.
- Other useful qualifications:
- Understanding of tariffs and knowledge of wage regulations is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Experience from timekeeping – onshore or offshore is an advantage

- Ability to work accurately under pressure and willingness to meet short deadlines
- Great work capacity and execution ability
- Fearless and proactive in the work situation
