Quality and Risk Management Professional

Work tasks

• Ensure that risks are reported and managed internally and externally and support project managers in risk management
• Ensure and contribute to planning and implementing necessary activities to ensure sufficient quality in project deliveries
• Establish verification program for the facility/projects and ensure that activities are followed up
• Coordinate, analyze and follow up on non-conformance reporting
• Manage quality and risk-related activities towards customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Be a resource for training and awareness raising around quality and risk management among employees at the facility

Desired qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in technical or commercial fields. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications
• Desirable with relevant experience in quality management and risk management, but candidates with expertise from other disciplines will also be considered
• Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
• Certification in quality, risk management and/or professional auditing is desirable

• Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle challenges
