Quality and Risk Management Professional
Work tasks
- Ensure that risks are reported and managed internally and externally and support project managers in risk management
- Ensure and contribute to planning and implementing necessary activities to ensure sufficient quality in project deliveries
- Establish verification program for the facility/projects and ensure that activities are followed up
- Coordinate, analyze and follow up on non-conformance reporting
- Manage quality and risk-related activities towards customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Be a resource for training and awareness raising around quality and risk management among employees at the facility
Desired qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in technical or commercial fields. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications
- Desirable with relevant experience in quality management and risk management, but candidates with expertise from other disciplines will also be considered
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
- Certification in quality, risk management and/or professional auditing is desirable
Personal characteristics
- Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle challenges
