Procurement specialist
A Contract Lead is responsible for Company’s procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements. Holds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers. Here you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks, through:
LEAD CONTRACT ESTABLISHMENT:
- Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)
- Implement and operationalize new agreements
- Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs
MANAGE AGREEMENT:
- Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers
- Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company
- Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements)
- Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO)
- Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line
Education:
- Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent Qualities:
- We are looking for dedicated, proactive candidates who can undertake tasks by involving stakeholders, being cost-conscious, caring for sustainability and being a caring colleague.
- Digital skills: Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage.
