On behalf of our client, an oil&gas operator, we are looking for a Facilitator to support a strategic improvement project in transforming the project process landscapes into a fully integrated project delivery model. The facilitator will be part of the Project BMS Transformation team, and will work closely with process owners and function representatives to map up integrated processes.
Typical tasks will include:
- Support the optimization and improvement of Field Development and Decommissioning processes in close cooperation with process owners. This includes to give advice and support process owners and ensure our Business Management System (BMS) reflect desired best practises
- Facilitate process mapping workshops together with process owner/responsible
- Ensure alignment and connectivity with other process areas, to enable end-to-end perspective and to avoid duplication of governance.
- Support implementation of the new processes
Qualifications and skills:
- Preferably experience with project execution, and within process scoping, facilitation and process mapping
- Curious, pro-active attitude and continuous strive for achieving improvements through increased utilization of digitalization and flow efficient processes
- Critical thinking and be able to process new information
- Strong team player, seeking collaboration with focus on what is best for business
- Ability to «get things done» in a structured way in a hectic and demanding business unit
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
