Logistikk koordinator
Item Card Management:
- Regularly update and maintain item cards to ensure accurate data for procurement, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Ensure the timely update of cost prices within the system in accordance with supplier changes or price reviews.
ERP 3.0 Implementation Support:
- Assist in the transition to ERP 3.0, ensuring that item cards, cost prices, and other supply chain data are correctly migrated and updated.
- Provide support in training team members on new ERP functionalities and processes.
Kitting and Packaging Support:
- Assist in the kitting of Integrator packs, ensuring all components are accurately assembled and packaged for distribution.
- Maintain inventory of materials used in kitting and ensure materials are reordered when necessary.
Firmware Updates for Companys Hardware:
- Support the team in updating and managing firmware versions for companys hardware products, ensuring devices are ready for deployment or shipment.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., hardware development, quality assurance) to ensure proper firmware version control.
Logistics & Warehousing Coordination:
- Assist with logistics management, ensuring seamless integration with third-party warehousing solutions in Europe.
- Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with third-party logistics providers.
Cost Control & Process Optimization:
- Help maintain accurate data regarding shipping costs, supplier charges, and inventory turnover to optimize cost efficiencies across the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing more efficient ways of managing inventory, logistics, and procurement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement, operations, sales, and other departments to ensure that all supply chain activities are aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
- Assist in resolving supply chain issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on customer delivery schedules.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support roles, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably ERP 3.0 or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, or logistics coordination is beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP software and inventory management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
