ATS Coordinator

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Acquired Technical Services (ATS) Coordinator to coordinate procured technical services related to commissioning of a PWP project. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ATS activities related to Commissioning execution at all sites
  • Ensure required agreements and requisitions are established in due time prior to Commissioning
  • Establish, prepare and issue ATS call-offs, based on requisitions
  • Provide input regarding ATS call-offs to the project plan
  • Assist suppliers with practical arrangements related to the ATS call-off
  • Collect ATS timesheets and ATS reports from suppliers, and forward to relevant stakeholders
  • Report status and results of ATS call-offs
  • Verify suppliers’ invoices for ATS work
  • Close out per ATS contract
  • Report and manage relevant risks

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the procurement process in the energy industry or comparable businesses is required. 
  • Previous experience as a technical services coordinator/coordinator of procured services is advantageous.
  • You are an effective communicator with good presentation skills
  • Fluent English language is required
  • High professional and personal integrity standards
  • Ability to handle high workload and stressful periods

This role begins in Stavanger fulltime for a short duration, before moving to Stord fulltime. This is a long-term contract lasting until the end of 2027, and our client would like the successful candidate to start in April.
