The position will be located at Site, Fitjar/Samnager

As team member of the completion team contribute to deliver the system according to plan and cost and assist in ensuring that the project deliver in accordance with clients BMS and project mandate given by the Asset Management Team.
The PTW Coordinator will coordinate and manage the PTW system and ensure stakeholder interaction in the project.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper co-ordination of all works to be carried out.
- Ensures that conflicting permits are brought to the attention of the Completion Lead;
- Is the focal point for all permits issued on the Site by MP, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete.
- Ensure compliance with the PTW Originator and submission requirements.
- Provides a quality check of the permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained.
- Assist the CCR in operating the permit office to reflect the status of all MP permit work and isolations. This includes maintaining the permit display board in the control room for MP e-PTW,
- Participates in monitoring, auditing and assurance activities.
- Participates to the PTW coordination daily meetings.
- Ensure the activation and deactivation of PTW’s as per PTW procedure.
- Ensures that the original of all work permits and certificates are held on the Site for duration of project execution
- Ensures that if an accident/incident occurs, the copy of the work permit and any associated certificate(s) shall be scanned and attached to the incident report (to be recorded into Synergi by HSE team). The original permit and any associated original documents shall be retained on file by the HSE until subsequent investigations have conclude
- Contribute towards clients policy to establish a consistent and compliant HSE culture
- Ensure coordination within the project completion team and experience transfer from/to other relevant projects.
The experience, qualifications and abilities required for this position are as follows:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Result and safety oriented
- Experience from oil and gas projects as PTW Coordinator
- Extensive knowledge of governing documentation.
- Well-developed teambuilding, co operational- and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle responsibility and periodically high work load.
- Ability to drive activities to be complete on schedule
- Establish good relations with Contractors
