Project Coordinator

Tasks

  • Perform specific project control tasks 
  • Perform specific project areas to help on PMs workload
  • Project reporting and control 
  • Project cost management
  • Communication mgmt. 
  • Change management 
  • Organise and facilitate meetings and workshops 
  • Onboarding new team members 
  • Develop and maintain an overall project plan (workstream level up to senior management level) and project baselines/milestones 
  • Co-ordinate across multiple workstreams to update plans, risks, manage project cost, regular status reporting against estimated cost, etc 
  • Develop and manage communication plan, stakeholder management plan, newsletters, and communication sites 
  • Develop and manage risk register and issue log 
  • Establish and maintain regular reporting structures from workstreams up to reference and steering groups 
  • Document management and control 
  • Minutes of meetings, project reports, decision tracking, etc 
  • Develop and maintain the change management plan and support co-ordination across workstream activities

Qualifications

  • Portfolio project planning and preferable exposure to larger complex project deliveries 
  •  Stakeholder management exposure
  •  Communication and change management
  •  Preferred: Project certification or education
  • English and Norwegian
