It has been identified a need for a thorough review of existing data recorded in the company’s database for occupational health and environment risks and based on this, establish a plan to ensure a general improvement in quality. A small project group (core group) will be established to, among other things, set up evaluation criteria, review and evaluate existing data, and set prioritization criteria for necessary improvement measures. The project will be carried out in close collaboration with the professional line and service owner.

Task and responsibilities  

  • Lead the project Develop and maintain project documentation, project plans, and progress reports 
  • Define and implement project management processes, tools, and methodologies tailored to this project 
  • Developing evaluation criteria and suggest a prioritized plan for improvement measures

Competence Requirements 

  • Relevant experience in project management 
  • Good IT-knowledge Knowledge of the IT-tool Synergi is desirable 
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes 
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills Solution oriented, self-driven and take on structured approach 
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is a plus
