Project Leader Modification Topside

On behalf of our client, an offshore operator, we are currently looking for a Project Leader Modification Topside. The Consultant will work as a Project leader for the Operations Projects for Topside modification projects.

Description about tasks and responsibilities 

• Deliver projects according to the Project Development (PD03) process for facilites in operation. 
• Lead and motivate project teams (including contractors) to deliver safe and efficiently on targets from DG3 to DG4 (safety, cost, time and quality i.e.) 
• Collaborate closely with relevant professionals to develop the best solutions (technically and commercially) 
• Ensure good communication and clear expectations towards stakeholders. 

Competence Requirements

• Strong relevant project leadership competencies and experience.
• Preferably experiences from working within the oil and gas industry.
• We are searching for a candidate who will be able to work independently within a fairly short period of time. 
• Candidates with SAS/automation background, in addition to project management, would be of particular interest. 

Contract period: 01.09.2024-27.02.2025, option period of 3 months.
