Introduction
On behalf of our client, an operator in the oil and gas industry, we are looking for an Interface Lead to manage project systems interfaces in the Project Excellence function.
Core duties
- Ensure alignment to company BMS regarding processes and requirements, within the scope of project systems.
- Verify adherence and cohesion across projects; develop “best practice.”
- Coordinate, solve and implement improvements within system data interfaces and data requirements.
- Drive “new ways of working” and develop cross functional data interface communities.
- Stakeholder management towards processes and systems related to data interfaces
- Manage impact of data interface changes related to multiple systems & processes including stakeholder management
- Responsible for Cross Functional Project Data Requirements
- Coordinate & Manage complex Project Data Integrations
- Take lead in system data interface communities to ensure company follows industry best practices.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with project management systems, either at Operators or seconded to an Operator, is required. Candidates without this experience will not be evaluated.
- Extensive experience in establishing systems and processes for project management & execution.
- Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
- Knowledge of project system digital interfaces
- Knowledge of Project Management & Execution framework terminology
- Knowledge of E&P company’s value chain
- Knowledge of all core processes within Project Execution, especially completion management, document management, life-cycle information and quality.
- Excellent knowledge of project management systems, preferably Pims
- General knowledge of operational systems, preferably SAP, Aveva, Synergi and Ecosys
- Super user experience in Office 365 products, especially Teams and Sharepoint
- Fluent Norwegian and English is required.
- Candidates must be eligible for work in Norway.
