LCI Coordinator

Main tasks:

  • Ensure a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities
  • Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
  • Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
  • Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
  • Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
  • Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
  • Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education
  • Minimum 5-8 years of LCI experience within Offshore Oil & Gas
  • Knowledge of international codes and standards
  • Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys & STID Competence in document management systems ProArc & STID
  • Good command of both Norwegian and English languages
  • Familiar with EqHub
  • Proactive and service minded
  • The ability to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Is systematic and accurate
  • Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
  • Is solution-oriented
