In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding what the solution should deliver in terms of value, to whom, and how.
We are looking for a candidate with a broad spectrum of skills, who can drive improvements, motivate the SME group to contribute and see opportunities, as well as identify and document challenges to find solutions.
General description of the role:
- Mapping work processes and tasks the system will be used for
- Leading tasks with SMEs together with NWoW
- Allocating tasks to SMEs, ensuring they actively contribute and not just attend meetings
- Gathering input
- Analysing and compiling input into a cohesive whole
- Detailing the requirements the processes must meet
- Specifying how EB should be configured to support the processes
- Ensuring that implemented functionality is tested and approved by SMEs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in LCI and Engineering
- Strong understanding of work processes related to these areas
- Understanding of multi-discipline requirements, data flow and processes
- Proficient in engineering tools
- Familiar with adjacent areas like 3D modelling and digitalization
- Structured and organized
- Motivated and capable of inspiring others
- Innovative and eager to find solutions and try new things
- Quick to learn new concepts
- Outgoing and able to build trust quickly
- Excellent teamwork skills, especially for complex tasks and dependencies
