LCI Coordinator
Main tasks:
- Ensure a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities
- Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
- Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
- Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
- Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
- Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
- Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements
Qualifications:
- Relevant education
- Minimum 5-8 years of LCI experience within Offshore Oil & Gas
- Knowledge of international codes and standards
- Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys & STID Competence in document management systems ProArc & STID
- Good command of both Norwegian and English languages
- Familiar with EqHub
- Proactive and service minded
- The ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Is systematic and accurate
- Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements
- Is solution-oriented
