O&M Engineer

We are currently looking for a person with high interests in maintenance engineering and a wide range of capabilities to support the project operation and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in maintenance engineering, combined with a solid understanding of equipment, and the ability to deliver work in a timely and structured manner.

Key responsibilities

• Support the project operation and maintenance team.
• Perform maintenance engineering tasks and ensure equipment functionality.
• Deliver work within deadlines and maintain structured processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Key deliverables

• Perform Technical Hierarchy, Consequence Analysis
• FMECA Analysis
• Perform Workshops on Consequence Analysis and FMECA
• Develop Maintenance Program
• Input to Maintenance Strategy and Spare Part Strategy
• GMC (Generic Maintenance Concepts)
• Barrier Management / Assurance Tasks
• Operating & Maintenance Procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Strong understanding of equipment and maintenance processes.
• Proven ability to deliver work on time and in a structured manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Norsok Z-008, ISO 14224
• Experience in operation and maintenance of equipment (like troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of mechanical equipment)
• Language skills: Both Norwegian and English are required 
• Software requirements: MS Office and CMMS (SAP, MAXIMO, IFS or similar)

Contract duration: Startdate 01.08.2025, 1 year contract
