We are looking for a skilled Instrument engineer. The work could imply tasks in studies or FEED related to project consisting of new module and brownfield adaptation on an offshoreinstallation or within offshore wind. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop his/her skills within instrumentation in a large international working environment.
Main tasks:
- Field instrumentation and metering solutions and requirements for Feed phase project.
- Develop philosophies & solutions to the required level.
- Develop strategy, philosophy and design measurement solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and prepare relevant documentation for ITT preparation.
- Participate and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for instrument discipline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical College Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from field instrumentation design activities, measurement solutions and principles, including reviews and responsibilities from onshore or offshore green field projects.
- Experience and deep knowledge of instrumentation design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO and IEC.
- Extensive knowledge of instrumentation and metering design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO and IEC.
- Efficient communicator, who communicate well in English – both orally and in writing.
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team.
- Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
- Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others.
Required Certificates:
- Ex course (to be renewed every 5 years).
- Valid FSE course.
