Senior Reservoir Engineer

On behalf of our client we are seeking experienced Reservoir Engineers to join our subsurface team at the Stavanger location. Candidates are expected to work in multi-disciplinary teams and have a proven track record of adding value by integrating key subsurface data to optimize production and reserves at the well, reservoir and field level. Key Responsibilities

As a high-end contributor in multi-disciplinary teams, you will perform, lead and deliver reservoir engineering studies to drive and support business decisions.   

Assignments can involve combinations of the following: 

• Integrate data and interpretations from a broad range of subsurface disciplines  
• Perform studies and provide recommendations on reservoir related topics such as reservoir characterization and simulation, drainage strategies, reservoir management, well planning, drilling/well operations and production optimization 
• Mentor early-career colleagues 
• Participate in internal and external peer reviews as required 
• Participate in license meetings with external stakeholders as required 

Qualifications

• >8 years of relevant experience in Reservoir engineering 
• Graduate Degree (Masters/PhD) in Petroleum/Reservoir engineering 
• Fluent English written and oral communication skills
